Our client is a European leading manufacturer specialized in flooring, boards and roof system. For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for an Asia Technical Manager to accompany the growth of the company in Asia.
Location：Shanghai
Report to: Sales Director Asia
Job Description
Local claim handling / claim coordination
Handling A (after sales) and B claims (difficult and challenging)
Answering technical questions in Asia
Support projects and commercial warranty Asia
Apply and follow up updates of local certifications, such as F4star (JAS certificate Japan),Chinese labeling requests, Singapore green label scheme, PEFC and etc.
Follow up on regulations in areas of Japan/Vietnam/China/...
Technical support
Answer to questions from end users, customers, website, sales,
Provide technical advice for projects and warranty requests
Apply all certifications required for projects
Provide technical consultant to sales people while visiting customers
Technical training in installation, maintenance
Provide internal training to new employees and sales
Provide external training to customers, prescriptors, architects, installing companies and so on
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above
At least 5 years working experience, preferably within foreign invested companies in China or Asia Region
Excellent technical knowledge of flooring or construction industry
Strong functional skills, communication & negotiation skills
Qualified computer skills, such as SAP, Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency both in Mandarin and English
