As a brief introduction, Talent Fishers is a French boutique executive search and selection group with offices in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Over the decades, we have been servicing most of the international/western invested companies with their recruitment needs in Asia. 

In Vietnam's Office, we are looking for Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible to ensure the sales activities follows Talent Fishers strict and high quality process.

Report to: Country Manager
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam


•    Prospect for new clients and business partners (retained or exclusive fee model only);
•    Develop relationships with new clients and business partners;
•    Manage the existing accounts and partnerships;
•    Coordinate with other offices to foster cross-selling opportunities;
•    Attend networking events to develop brand reputation and leads;
•    Develop new tools and best practices to optimize the efficiency of sales process;
•    Design and enforce the Business Development and Sales Strategy along with the Country Manager;
•    Define and monitor KPIs to ensure the quality of the BD Process along with the Country Manager.

•    Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus advantage);
•    From 03 to 05 years of sales, business development experience, preferably in recruitment or headhunting industry;
•    Result oriented, attention to details and driven;
•    High level of motivation and determination to succeed in a startup operation; 
•    A high desire to grow and develop the career progress.
