For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a China Retail Marketing Director
who will design and implement the right marketing strategy to accompany the growth of the group in China.
Job location: Shanghai
Reporting to: China CEO
1/ Develop the group's marketing strategy and plans with market and consumer/franchisee insights.
2/ Develop brand building strategies and plans including brand proposition, brand communication activities both above the line (media, social, digital, etc.) and below the line (PR events, roadshow, franchisee communication meetings, B2B marketing part support, etc.).
3/ Develop strategies for in-store brand image and merchandising, improve consumer experience / lifetime value improvement.
4/ Develop differet category marketing promotion strategies and plans (consumer promotions for non-tire category, sell in promotion and sell out promotion for tires not manufactured by the group).
5/ Develop the group's CRM and digital marketing strategies and plans, co-work with online team for e-biz part of work.
6/ Lead the China marketing team to implement strategies and plans, and develop team members.
Profile – Experience:
- Education ideally MBA or EMBA
- 8 years+ working experiences
- Have knowledge of a wide range of retail marketing techniques and concepts
- Proven experience in digital and/or E-commerce
- MarCom experience
- Team management experience
- High Potential to grow within the Group beyond those responsibilities over mid-term performance
