Our client is a global leading firm specialized in Steel and Raw Materials industry. As part of the business expansion plan in Asia, the company is now looking for a Regional Sales Director.

Job description

Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will have to further develop our business activity. Your main missions will be:

  • To develop and monitor the B2B client portfolio by sourcing and pursuing contacts, prospects and partners
  • To promote our materials and solutions
  • To provide advice to customers
  • To develop and expand the business in Asia for our refractory mixes
  • To participate in the development of new products and solutions.
  • To draft and negotiate commercial contracts in order to optimize your results (margins, volume and market share)
  • To ensure the correct processing of client orders, logistics and payments
  • To manage and lead the sales team
  • To supervise the roving technicians that provide products and solutions to our clients

Job Requirements   

  • Solid technical sales experience in the Steel field, completed with a management position. The knowledge of BOF and EAF steelmaking is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation Skills, result oriented and with strong leadership skills. Your reactiveness, rigor and excellent listening capabilities will give you what it takes to meet your customers' needs.
  • Perfect command of English and ideally as you are willing to travel frequently.
  • A third language will be a plus (French …)
