For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Supply Plan Controller.
Overall
- Responsible for overall Finished Goods supply related work coordinating, including multi factory capacity usage monitory, Finished Goods multi-Distribution Centers allocation in supply constrain, raw fruit allocation in supply constrain, etc;
- Responsible for Finished Goods inventory level policy at Distribution Centers and factory level (for manufactured and imported products);
- Responsible for Finished Goods stock health check and alert, including slow moving, OOS and SSL products/material alert raising and solution tracking;
- Responsible for Finished Goods replenishment and deployment planning (DRP) for all Distribution Centers.

Job Description
- Assure factories production plan (MPS) in line with warehouse replenish plan (DRP) to ensure right inventory level throughout whole FG supply pipeline accordingly to pre-defined stock policy
- Define strategic raw material stock level to ensure balance between cost and supply quality
Inventory policy/ Requirement and deployment planning
- Define the inventory policy (min/max principles) for manufactured and imported items and measure its application by factories and DCs
- Adjust anticipated stock rules in place to smooth seasonal production constraints/surplus
- Steer stock transfer between locations (DCs) to ensure service level
- Ensure factories commitment to defined production planning
- Ease and support arbitration process (priorities management) in case of shortage, and adjust DRP parameters accordingly
- Use DRP to calculate requirements on the production planning horizon
- Follow-up stock aging and raise alert accordingly
Performance follow-up and excellence
• Analyze the reasons for scrap, under and overstock situations to propose corrective actions
• Set up the action plan in collaboration with other stakeholders in the Supply Chain (factory, warehouse, sales)
• Contribute to innovation projects and IS tool implementation/ upgrade projects
Job Requirements
• Over 5 years experiences in managing or forecasting stock inventory or other related roles within FMCG industry.
• College’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related area.
• Knowledge of S&OP, forecasting process and associated tools with advanced data analysis skills.
• Experience in DRP, especially FuturMaster would be a plus.
• Proactive and being Result – Driven, meanwhile with a sense to implement changes.
• Good cross – functional communication/coordination skills, with different levels of internal & external stakeholders.
• Able to travel between DCs if needed.
• Good sense of “Customer Centricity”.
