Our client is a leading brand partner/incubator, who aims to help foreign cosmetics/beauty brands to grow in China, via their strong digital, Ecommerce, Social Media expertise & their deep connection with brands in all phases.
For our client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Brand Manager.

Overall Summary
The Brand Manager will manage and develop beauty brands under company portfolio in China.  He/She will be in charge of the entire process from coordinating the importation of goods from France and overseeing licensed goods manufactured in China, to the distribution of the products into major chain stores, and executing the visual merchandising and training to the salesforce.

Job Description
General Management

•    Deep understanding of the brand global positioning and strategy,
•    Define and align on China positioning and strategy,
•    Team hiring and management,
•    Manage P&L, including budget meeting and reporting,
•    On-going communication with brand HQ (with support of BD team if necessary),
•    If any, be involved in JV discussion with BD team.

Marketing
•    Marketing plan establishment & execution & follow – up,
•    Product selection for Chinese market and supervise product registration,
•    Brand positioning including pricing management,
•    Organize product launches and in-store promotions (Online and Offline),
•    Content production for Chinese market,
•    Social Media, PR and Event.

Sales Operations
•    Split sales targets between different distribution channels (Online and Offline),
•    Communicate to the sales team and monitor the performance,
•    Develop the distribution (Retail, Wholesale, Offline, Online) and find new opportunities,
•    Be the contact point for the brand key partners (distributors, Xiaoer, etc),
•    Adapt and execute visual merchandising up to the brand standard,
•    Analyze sales and propose solutions for sales increase.

Supply Chain
•    Forecast management and importation,
•    Contact with logistics team (orders, delivery, QI),
•    Inventory level optimization and coordinate the relevant replenishment.

Job Requirements
•    5 to 10 years' experiences in Sales or Marketing functions within Cosmetics/Skincare/Beauty, Fine Fragrance or other related industries/categories,
•    Experiences in international brand management,
•    Good communication skills, presentable, team player,
•    Positive attitude, persistent and assertive, with initiatives,
•    Organized, Reliable and Independent,
•    Solid knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
•    Fluent in Mandarin and English, French is a big plus.
