with a great ambition to become the leading company within its segment within 5 years.

The Company is looking for an International Marketing Senior Product Manager who will support and will
define go to market strategies, product development and coordinate products launching.

Position: Full-time position as International Marketing Senior Product Manager

(Profile) About you!

  • You have over a minimum of 7 years of working experience with 4 years of product development in an international group, 4 years operational marketing in a large market, including social network / digital management and 2 years in a branding position
  • You are a self-starter who shows initiative and clarity over what is expected of them
  • You can work at a fast-paced company where the feedback cycle is measured in days rather than weeks
  • You have a "get it done" attitude and exude team spirit
  • You can motivate others (both direct reports and peers) to achieve common goals
  • You have strong external communication skills to build and grow relationships with media partners.
  • You have proven expertise with ROI-driven campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other major third-party ad servers. Experience of WeChat is a plus.
  • You are a strategic thinker with experience growing, scaling, and optimizing channels in a data-driven way
  • You have strong analytical skills that can translate insights into action
  • You have the ability to manage projects by engaging stakeholders and setting achievable milestones
  • You have a University Degree, preferably in business or marketing
  • You are fluent in French and English– Mandarin is a plus


  • Developing a brand book (including the brand story, pillars, brand territory, technology ...).
  • Developing brand assets development including KV and tailor-made assets for country social and PR channel
  • Working on the product development: develop product brief, which comes up together with competitor study, learnings and benches product concept and claims, proposed user tests and follow-ups.
  • Setting up pricing strategy
  • Lead sampling processes: sample/mini/seasonable gifting development: logical link sales with right pricing are equally important.
  • Research competitors on trends and consumer needs
  • Develop go to market France strategy:
    • Define the strategy for digital marketing to meet business objectives.
    • Proactively set, grow, and animate the clean beauty community before & after the launch.
    • Understand clean beauty market and consumer trends, competitive landscape, and themes in the beauty sector
    • Identifies key KPIs to monitor, evaluate, report. Follows competitor performance at regular intervals across all verticals.
    • Define, manage and iterate daily, monthly and annual budgets across campaigns and platforms to meet marketing goals.
