Job Description
- The day-to-day operation of the Coffee shops and tasks delegation.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and scripting for all standard products.
- Obtain all information related to the sales and operation team.
- Responsible for revenue targets and improving the financial performance of the coffee shops.
- Develop and monitor standard operations procedures (SOP).
- Train staff to follow procedures and encourage them to upsell.
- Build, develop, inspire, and retain an efficient team.
- Ensure the guest’s experience is memorable and take feedback.
- Improve the customer service by evaluating customers’ feedback and educating staff.
- Regular visits to outlets.
- Build relationships with marketing channels, influencers and suppliers.
- Ensure strong teamwork among members.
- Communicate and send periodic reports.
- Come up with plans to improve sales, menu, operations.
- Coordinate all components of special events orders.
- Ensure complete and accurate product details are communicated to the Baristas and Operations.
- Ensure communication is done in a timely, efficient manner.
- Maintain good organizational skills through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork.
- Conducts and manages a complete quality control process to improve the efficiency and performance of all stores.
- Ensures each store has the appropriate staffing levels to achieve high-quality service and cleaning standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Management, Supply Chain, Hospitality or other related fields.
- 3 years+ of experience working with coffee brands in a similar role, managing a team of not less than 10 members. Work experience as a barista.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Highly organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
