Job Description



  • Achieve sales target and develop the sales strategy in cooperation with the sales team and Managing Director
  • Create a pipeline of potential customers liasing with sales team and make a strategy for these targets
  • Lead, guide and mentor the sales team while also growing it managing all expectations and change
  • Create and maintain a profitable and customer-focused team
  • Ensure profitability of our sales activities and the achievement of the sales plan and budget
  • Create a positive work culture to ensure the commitment of both the staff to the company and vice versa
  • Manage relationships with all applicable stakeholders i.e carriers, subcon and clients as well as internal
  • Report in timely manner for both HCM and Hanoi to MD
  • Other tasks as the MD sees fit


Job Requirements     



  • Graduated University, with at least 4-5 years of experience in logistics sales/ business development
  • Experience in chemical logistics would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service focus
Fluency in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken.
