Job description
- Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Preparing volume forecast and plans.
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.
- Promote sales activities, implement trade marketing activities to promote sales.
- Manage distributors to ensure sufficient stock and product delivery.
- Review distributor's performance and adjust to ensure optimal sales and service.
- Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales.
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
Job Requirement
- Strong sales/market development in the bakery, non-dairy whipped topping industry is a must.
- Good understanding of bakery ingredient market in Vietnam
- Proven engagement skills, including relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
- Fluently in English, knowing Chinese is advantaged.
- Import & Export experience is a plus.
- High management & leadership skills.
