Job description
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Fully responsible for the sales and market expansion of the managed products in the planning area.
- Investigate and analyze the market demand of products and the market conditions of competing products, and formulate different sales strategies and solutions based on the actual situation in the region;
- Cooperate with regional sales for key project negotiation and key customer maintenance, and cooperate with sales staff to complete sales goals. Track, guide, and monitor the progress of the project, and participate in the formulation of important (special) contracts; Perform product demos to customers
- Allocate the company's resources in a unified manner, and make a good overall plan for product purchase, sale and inventory. Responsible for product profits directly;
- Regularly complete the sales statistics to provide the basis for the company to make decisions;
- Manage product portfolio and life cycle
- Propose development suggestions for new products and product ideas
- Actively cooperate with suppliers to do a good job of communication and coordination;
- Conduct business guidance and work evaluation for subordinate
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Update food laws and regulations related to the company's products and business.
- Follow trends of food products / ingredients related to the company's products and business.
- Ad hoc as assigned by general manager
Job Requirement
- Deeply understand in food industry is a must, basic knowledge in non-dairy topping products
- Good understanding about non-dairy topping market/bakery chain etc.
- University graduate or MBA in Food Science / Technology will be preferred.
- Proven engagement skills, including relationship building, negotiating and closing.
- Fluently in English, knowing Chinese is advantage
- Understand general regulation about Food technology, update from local law
