Our client is an international producer of capsules, screw caps, crown caps, corks and seals for still, sparkling wines, spirits, olive oils and vinegars. With headquarter in Italy and local manufacturing and commercial subsidiaries in Australia, New Zealand, USA, France, Spain and Mexico.
We are looking for a Sales Representative on behalf of this client.

Job Description
Accountable to execute the strategies to manage and develop the market in the short and medium terms, the actions to maximize results, margin and market share in the assigned area according to sales and profitability targets, create and maintain relationship within the Group, promote the brand, build and represent at best the Company.
- In coordination with the Sales Area Manager
• To execute the Sales Strategy and assure the achievement of the sales goals (volumes, revenue, profitability, DSO-days sales outstanding, overdue, cash flow, pricing strategies)
• To identify and visit new and current customers and clients of the customers, develop strong business relationship with key customers and keep a constant dialogue with the customers
• To monitor the state of the market including credit issues, market trends, problem and opportunities, presence of competitors
• To support the Sales Area Manager in all documents/information needed for the contract signature, the budget and offers related to specific products and accessories preparation according to sales plans
• To applies the commercial and financial policies of the Group and implement a credit policy
• To develop selling, price and promotional policies for the customers
• To conduct business development by exploring new channels
• To support customers (both the customers ones and its clients) in product training and stock management (and the sell out when we sell to distributors)
• To participate into daily, weekly and monthly call.
• To update CRM
- In coordination with MARKETING
• Promote Marketing actions to customers
• Participate into new products development projects
• Support marketing in the product training creation
• Manage marketing activities (promotions, materials, events…) according to sales policies and promotional plans
• Represents the Company on dedicated professional exhibitions
- In coordination with CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Guarantee customer satisfaction
• Handle customers complains
- In coordination with FINANCE

Job Requirements
- EDUCATION
• Degree in Business Economics or equivalent
- RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCES
• 5 years relevant work experience
- SKILLS
• Chinese/English mandatory (French/Italian or Spanish will be a plus)
• Computer skills: ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office
• Basic legal and finance for sales
• Raw material knowledge (heat-shrinking and polylaminate), or willing to learn relative knowledge
• Product processes knowledge
• Familiar with after sales process
• Wine knowledge
• Driving license
Need to travel in China and out of China
