Position:  Corporate Employee Solutions Advisor
Location: Shanghai & Beijing

As a Corporate Insurance Advisor, you will identify target clients, qualify opportunities generated by company resources and personal ones, manage your pipeline, provide insurance consultancy to corporate clients on risk management and employee benefits perspective, and promote Pacific Prime brands. You will be working on local projects as well as some regional ones. When you join, you are joining a dynamic and biggest emerging market with immense opportunities for personal growth.

As a Corporate Insurance Advisor, you are required to understand and work on two equally important levels of interaction: 

o (1) Internal o Receive trainings and keep learning market, products, suppliers and client’s industries. 
o Work across team to locate leads, opportunities, and build pipeline. 
o Work with Account Managers (AM), Group Administrators (GA) to make sure new sales numbers are entered correctly and in time. 
o Work with AMs, GAs for special client’s request and hand-over. 
o Fully utilize company’s CRM system and follow up with tasks. o Participate other projects assigned by company. 

o (2) External o Follow up with allocated opportunities and engage with potential clients. 
o Qualify business leads and take an effective approach. o Design, report and advise on corporate total insurance solutions for clients ranging from employee benefits to property and liabilities. 
o Handle routine inquiries concerning clients. 
o Maintain professional relationships with clients and deliver high quality customer experience at all touch points to generate more opportunities. 
o Utilize company's CRM system to track all leads actively. 
o Conduct insurance workshops. 
o Assist with key partnership development projects. 
o Complete other tasks assigned by department head.
