Position: Senior Employee Benefits Manager
Location: Shanghai
Profile
You are required to understand and work on both internal and external processes, effectively communicate with other staff as well as clients, insurance companies and partners to ensure the successful development of our Employee Benefits and China Teams. Major focus areas are:
o New business growth for employee benefits
o High-end Medical (HEM), Local Employee Benefits (LEB), Life, Disability etc. Develop and implement sales strategies targeted at MNC and local companies
o Improve our LEB proposition increasing the China team’s capability and insurance products/relationships with local companies
o Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and requirements.
o Manage all negotiations on benefits, terms, pricing to obtain the best solution from insurers.
o Prepare client reports and proposals, and manage the full customer journey from initial contact to installation of insurance
o Manage your schedule efficiently, setting up meetings / presentations with clients if necessary.
o Participate in insurer’s seminars and HR events, as well as other business development opportunities. o Work with the team to deliver quality service to clients and assist major and difficult claims/issues to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
o Manage a successful hand-over from sales to Account Management Team
