- Demonstrate strong skills in multitasking, negotiating, problem-solving and strategic thinking

- Insurance background/experience is a plus but not necessary
Job Description
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling and/or identify areas of improvement
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly claim performance and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater profit
Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect their client
