For our client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Sales Manager – Semi-Automatic Machines to develop its activities and drive sales in China.

Job Description
• Drive the company sales and profitability with distributor sales partners by:
- Develop and solidify business relationships,
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential partners and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs,
- Responding and resolving distributors' questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure maintenance work to customers is done by the distributors.
• Develop further the distribution sales network by selecting and adding sub-distributors.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in China.
• Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in a sales role for machinery, ideally in the packaging industry.
• Experience with sales distributor management.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
• Good understanding of the sales cycle through distributors.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
