Enovia Maintenance Engineer



 


We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our AMS L1/L2 team. The ideal candidate will provide first and second-level support for application maintenance services ensuring the smooth operation of PLM software systems (such as 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and ENOVIA) addressing customer issues and questions.



Location: Nanjing City



Key Responsibilities:



  • User Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance and support via email, phone, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and support resolution of application and process issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic configuration of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and ENOVIA applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Monitoring: Regularly monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Training: Assist, train and give guidance to end-users on 3EXPERIENCE Platform functionalities and best practices.

 



Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Electronical Engineering

  • Experience: At least 1.5 year in application support and helpdesk roles preferably on PLM software such as 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and/or ENOVIA applications.
    • Nice To Have
      • Past experience working on Azure and/or Amazon AWS cloud services
      • Past experience on software development / programming

 


  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with ICT applications and systems, preferably on-cloud.
    • Familiarity with bash shells and execution of batch scripts (Nice to have)
    • Basic knowledge of Databases and REST Web Services API (Nice to have)
    • Basic knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and ENOVIA
    • Knowledge of PLM processes and core principles
    • Nice To Have
      • Basic knowledge of Azure and/or Amazon AWS cloud services
      • Ability to develop and maintain software with Java and Javascript

  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
    • Strng ability to communicate in verbal and written English (mandatry)
