Overview
- He/She needs to work effectively towards internal quality control and correction, customer complain management, staff management and skill improvement, etc.
- He/She needs to keep good cooperation with all related departments, so as to ensure an effective Quality System.

Job Description
• Maintain and improve company quality system.
• Develop quality strategy and improvement target, initiate improvement plan against the target, and track the implement status to ensure the achievement of target.
• Supervise quality engineers and inspectors to fulfill quality inspection, monitor daily quality status and maintain an accurate quality data collecting, recording and reporting system.
• Motivate quality department and enhance employee personal development through training and coaching.
• To collect production quality status information and customer/market feedback, resolve factory and market complaints and make correspondent improvement.
• Audit the new supplier.
• Management and supervision of the work of the after-sales service department.
• Management and supervision of the work of the SQE.
• Management and supervision of the work of EHST.
• Other work assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in machinery or other similar fields.
• More than 8 years’ working experience in manufacturing companies, plus a minimum of 5 years of supervisor above managerial experience.
• Experience of Machining, Gear Production, or Assembly will be a plus.
• Familiar with heavy machinery industry, and the background from the same field is preferred.
• Good at supply chain management.
• Familiar with ISO System.
• Familiar with Machining Manufacturing.
• Familiar with Inspection Instruments/Gagues/etc.
• Familiar with Quality Control Methods and Analysis.
• Familiar with Quality Tools.
• Good system analysis and logic skills to deal with problems.
• Good interpersonal and communication, and strong leadership skills.
• Fluent English both in oral and in written, Italian language skill is a plus.
• Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations.
• Energetic and willing to learn new things.
• Good team player.
• Honest.
• Good working attitude and moral character.
• Good sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
