HR Manager – Evaluation & Incentive Systems
Our client is a family-owned enterprise with a long history, operating in the textile and apparel sectors, covering fabric trading and finished garment manufacturing. In recent years, by establishing its own manufacturing facilities overseas, the client has further expanded its business scope, enhanced product quality and production efficiency, and is committed to providing customers with more competitive products and services.
For this client, Talent Fishers is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive evaluation and incentive systems that drive performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strategic HR expertise, strong analytical and engagement skills, and the ability to foster a performance-oriented culture through structured assessment frameworks and tailored incentive programs.
Locations: Shanghai, China or Hanoi, Vietnam

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8~10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on performance management and incentive systems.
- Demonstrated success in building and implementing effective evaluation frameworks and incentive programs.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, performance appraisal methodologies, and compensation strategies that support business needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance issues relevant to evaluation and incentive schemes.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of managing change and fostering a performance-driven culture.
