Talent Fishers is currently seeking a Export Manager to develop and expand the company’s commercial presence in the South-East Asian market, in close coordination with the General Management of Compnay, and for managing the shared market areas between China and HQs in Europe, in coordination with the Global Sales Director.

The Export Manager will serve as a key link between the two organizations, ensuring alignment in market strategies, customer management, and reporting, and avoiding any overlap or competition between the Chinese and Group products.

Location: Zhuhai, China

Reporting Line:

  1. Functional reporting to: General Manager China
  2. Informational and coordination reporting to: Global Sales and Managing Directors in Europe

 


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Market Development


  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in the South-East Asian region.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with all existing distributors, agents, and key clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new distributors, agents, and key clients.
  • Analyze local market trends, competitors, and customer’s needs to define effective sales     strategies.

 Coordination with China Management


  • Operate under the strategic direction of China management (General Manager and Board of      Directors) for the development and growth of the assigned markets.

  • Participate in defining pricing policies, marketing strategies, and commercial objectives.

 Coordination with Group Sales & Marketing Directors


  • Collaborate closely with the Group Sales and Managing Directors on the management of shared markets between China and Group HQs.
  • Ensure alignment on: customer segmentation, pricing, and project management.

Reporting and Communication


  • Provide periodic sales reports, market analyses, and commercial feedback to both

China management and Group Sales and Managing Directors.


  • Communicate all sales information — including leads, opportunities, and contracts

for information and transparency purposes to the Group Sales an Managing Directors,


through confidential reports or other suitable means.


Sales Management and Negotiation


  • Conduct sales negotiations and prepare commercial offers in compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise contract execution and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Presentation and Promotion


  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in the Southeast Asia Area.
  • Promote the company brand image and maintain consistent corporate communication across all Southeast Asian markets.

 



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES   



  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in export or international sales, preferably in the industrial or machinery sector.
  • Proven knowledge of South-East Asian markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese or other Asian languages is an advantage, as well as knowledge of Italian language.
  • Availability for frequent international travel.
