For our client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Sales Transformation & Training Manager

Report to:         China Managing Director & Global HQ

 

 


MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES



This is a core international role that will be deeply involved in the establishment and upgrading of the sales system in the assigned country. By implementing standardized sales processes, optimizing operations driven by data, and providing systematic team training, you will build a top-tier sales organization in the industry, serve as a core sales business partner to the local management team, and drive the dual improvement of sales efficiency and performance.


  • Subsequently collaborate closely with the senior management team in the assigned country to implement and promote standardized sales processes, and be responsible for the full-cycle follow-up and optimization after process implementation.
  • Work closely with the China Managing Director and Segment leaders, provide decision-making advice as a professional sales business partner, drive the improvement of sales team efficiency, and promote the local sales team to fully implement and practice the sales processes.
  • Take charge of the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, build a standardized sales data management system, and realize digital tracking of the entire sales process.
  • Sort out the existing local sales processes, identify gaps against industry standard models, formulate targeted improvement action plans, and drive their implementation to ensure process closure and achievement of expected results.
  • Monitor core sales KPIs, conduct multi-dimensional sales data analysis, drive business decision-making with data insights, and formulate sales improvement measures, performance enhancement plans and medium-to-long-term development roadmaps.
  • Coordinate offline training and coaching for the local sales team, provide systematic empowerment focusing on sales skills and financial solutions (e.g., Product Lifecycle Management, Operational Leasing), and ensure the implementation of training and transformation of professional capabilities.
  • Formulate and decompose financial services penetration targets for the sales team, drive the implementation and tracking of target achievement; conduct on-site shadowing visits with the field sales and telesales teams, and provide targeted improvement feedback and practical guidance.
  • Participate in global sales business collaboration, conduct regular sales reviews with the headquarters, connect with the Global Sales Network team for experience sharing and collaborative work, and synchronize global sales standards and best practices.
  • Establish a regular monitoring mechanism for sales performance and process implementation, timely identify deviations from targets, formulate continuous improvement measures and drive their execution to form a positive iteration of the sales system.

 


 



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES



  • Proven experience in managing large sales teams, with over 10 years of working experience in standardized operations of multinational enterprises or the consulting industry, and a thorough understanding of the logic of sales system establishment and team management.
  • Rich practical experience in sales or in the establishment and optimization of sales processes, with the ability to independently design and implement standardized sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM system operation and implementation (Salesforce preferred), with practical capabilities in system construction, data management and process adaptation.
  • Possess sales skills in the financial services field, and be familiar with the implementation and application of financial solutions in sales scenarios.
  • English as a working language with fluent reading, writing and verbal communication skills; master the local language of the assigned country.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical capabilities, able to identify business problems and drive decision-making through data mining; result-oriented with a strong focus on work implementation and accountability.
  • Passion for the beauty and health industry with a certain understanding of industry trends, and able to promote sales work combined with industry characteristics.
  • Proactive and energetic, with keen industry insight and independent initiative; strive for excellence and able to adapt to a fast-paced international working environment.
  • Open and transparent communication style, inclusive mindset and excellent teamwork skills, able to quickly integrate into cross-cultural and cross-regional teams.
