The Talent Fishers Group is looking for RPO Consultant to accompany the growth of its Shanghai office.
Scope: The RPO Consultant will be responsible for a new plant project, hiring staff from Manager to Operator level to achieve the recruitment target and meet our client's satisfaction
Location: Shanghai/ Nantong
Report to: Business Line Director
Job description
- Coordinate the recruitment campaign for the energy plant
- Sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates from Operator to Manager level
- Execute recruitment plan and hire good candidates according to the client standard recruitment process
- Manage high volume staffing delivery
- Maintain and update talent pool identified for related recruitment
- Develop and maintain different channels to achieve the recruitment goal
- Provide advice to improve recruitment strategy
- Meet client's demand and adapt to changes accordingly
- Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis
- Prepare timely reports for the APAC Business Director hiring for this plant
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years recruitment experience in consultancy for plant or recruiting experience in Chemicals industry
- Experience in a multinational company preferred
- Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools
- Ability to achieve the project target within tight deadlines
- Result oriented individual with proven achievement
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent in client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Good project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hands on, self-motivated
- Frequent travel required
- Native mandarin speaker
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
