Job description
- To assist Plant manager (PM) in the group/company’s overall work, to monitor the performance of all daily operations, functions and services, assure to reach high standards.
- Make recommendations to PM on technical and operations regarding needed improvement, on major issues must be consistent with each department.
- Provide on a monthly basis to PM a summary of technical and operations report, outlining what has been achieved and what will be completed.
- Help PM to assure efficient and profitable operations by department, holds regular meeting with department heads to assure effective communications.
- Help PM to implement the group/company policy, ensure to achieve business goals, timely, full amount to complete the group/company profit.
- Help PM to establish a reasonable incentive system and performance appraisal system, help to oversee the group/company’s departments, senior positions with the implementation of assessment indicators, statistical evaluation of the results of the review and appraisal summary report.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing factory with at least 3 years as a department head role, MNC preferred
- Major in Textile, Dyeing and finishing, Engineering or Business Management preferred
- Must have the positive work, good at communication, outstanding skills, knowledge widely, pioneering and innovative qualities, and leadership, planning, analysis, decision-making ability.
- Self-motivated and result driven, good judgment with insightful view.
- Can create a warm working environment, good coordination of the relationship between superior and subordinate, carry forward the team spirit, develop business team leader role.
- Good command in written and spoken English.
