Finance Controller
We are seeking a pragmatic and result-oriented Financial Controller to take full ownership of end-to-end financial operations, month-end closing, group reporting to Global headquarters, ERP optimization and JV financial governance. You will onboard quickly, standardize financial workflows, unify reporting requirements for the parent company and support sustainable business growth.

KEY MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Take charge of end-to-end financial control, general accounting, group reporting, budget & forecast, cash & receivables management, statutory compliance and financial digitalization for the company. Deliver timely financial statements, strengthen internal control, and support post-merger financial integration & business strategic development.
- Manage full-set accounting including invoicing, AR, AP, costing, fixed asset, GL, inventory accounting & cycle count, coordinate payroll support with external payroll vendor.
- Finish bank reconciliation & submission to overseas headquarters before the 2nd working day of next month; issue sales report & intercompany reconciliation before the 3rd working day; deliver cash flow forecast by Day 5; complete full monthly financial pack (trial balance, BS, P&L, aging report, HR cost report) before Day 7.
- Lead cash flow planning, overdue receivable review & customer collection to improve working capital efficiency.
- Organize annual budget & quarterly rolling forecast, conduct variance analysis for management decision-making.
- Cooperate with local tax consultant for year-end closing, financial statement compilation, tax filing and sales & use tax compliance; maintain smooth communication with tax bureau and banks for financing support.
- Drive financial digitalization: support SAP go-live implementation, ERP module optimization and end-to-end business process digital upgrade.
- Establish standardized inventory management, internal control system and cost control mechanism.
- Execute post-M&A financial integration, unify financial policy, reporting standard and internal control system.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate long-term business strategy and financial supporting plan.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance; CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent professional certificate is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years end-to-end full-cycle finance experience, at least 3 years as Finance Manager with team management experience.
- Mature experience in joint venture financial operation, intercompany reconciliation, monthly/year-end closing, local tax compliance and regular financial reporting to European parent company.
- Solid practice on cash flow planning, overdue receivables collection, inventory accounting and cycle count to improve working capital turnover.
- Capable of leading annual budget, quarterly rolling forecast preparation and variance analysis to deliver financial insights for business management.
- Practical experience in SAP launch & go-live or ERP module optimization & financial process digital upgrade is a strong plus.
- Post-M&A financial integration experience is preferred for JV financial system unification.
- Good external communication with tax authorities and commercial banks for daily liaison and financing coordination.
- Fluent business English for daily work communication and group report submission to overseas HQ.
- Proficient in ERP system and advanced Excel for financial statement preparation, data collation and financial analysis.
- Pragmatic, collaborative team player, good at team building and cross-department communication.
- Quick adaptability, able to finish periodic financial deliverables under tight deadlines and resolve complex financial issues efficiently.
