Case #1 – Presentation:

Regional CEO (Far East) for a small and medium-sized company in the Automation industry to revamp their Automation Business in Asia.

Client: French Group, Industrial Automation with business operations catering to various industries such as Oil & Energy, Defence, Power Management, Onshore, Marine, Yachts & Ships, Mining, and more.

Assignment: In a challenging environment within a much turbulent Oil & Gas industry, our client was going through a transition process and was looking for a fresh source of creative ideas to forward the growth and direction for the company’s Asia business. Our client was looking for a Regional CEO (Far East) who could take this challenge.

Within a small time frame of 5 weeks from the launch of the search, we had to arrange for the interviews in Singapore.

Result: The Talent Fishers team presented a list of 7 shortlisted candidates after they were identified and thoroughly assessed through various assessment tools within 2 weeks of launching the search. Based on the client’s specific needs for this challenging position, Talent Fishers’ team arranged for a rigorous 2-Days’ Interviews in their Singapore Office for these candidates. This was followed by a demanding negotiation process where our team advised the client on devising an attractive package that would meet the expectations of the candidate, at the same time, respecting the budget allocated for the role. This, as a result, led to an offer which the selected candidate was happy to accept and join the company.

Salary budget: S$ 450K < annual gross salary < S$ 550K

The annual compensation includes attractive Performance Bonuses & Allowances, Shares and a percentage of Company’s annual profits in addition to the Basic Salary
