On 28th February, Talent Fishers took part in a Role Play event “In Your Shoes”, on attracting and retaining the best talents in the team.
Here are some key take-away:
- Employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) play an important role in the recruitment strategy of the company.
- Before recruitment, a recruiter should have a clear understanding of the actual and future needs of the company and team, including its vision, mission and positioning.
- The recruiter should also have some specific soft-skills (e.g. good listening skills and empathy) to determine if the candidate is a good fit.
