On February 07, 2020, Talent Fishers organised a webinar on the best practices to positively handle the Human Resources consequences of the safety measures taken by Chinese authorities to control the spread of the coronavirus in China.
Together with a legal partner, Fabien Guérin offered a presentation to over 100 hundred CEOs and Managing Directors of China headquartered groups, advising them on the most suitable approaches to properly inform and support their staff while implementing the right actions to organise their work remotely, comply with the updated Chinese legal framework and plan the future, during and after the sanitary crisis.
